A secure bike storage area is available for residents. It is located in the garage on the lobby level and accessed with a special card key. There are racks inside the storage area to mount and lock approximately 24 bikes.

Each floor of The 20 on Hawthorne features individual storage units available for lease. And because there are 43 storage units of various sizes and at various rates, rent one for your kayak and another for your Halloween costumes. Store locally, drive less.

Zipcar is at your doorstep.

Curbside along 20th Avenue there is a designated carshare parking space, in which is parked a Zipcar that can be reserved for your personal use. Membership with Zipcar is easy for residents of The 20, just talk to our leasing agent to find out about the special rates.
